We undertake static and dynamic load testing of structures and mechanisms, including bridges, floors, vehicles, plant and machinery.
When the strength or integrity of a structure or component is in doubt, load testing provides an absolute answer. In many cases, structures carrying live loads without any signs of distress have failed their assessment calculation. Load testing can show that alternative load paths are available; hence there is a growing use of load testing to prove capacity.
