What to be part of our team?
It’s really worth considering if you want your work to be part of a fulfilling life. We take our work seriously; but we also take the happiness and safety of our staff seriously too. So we make sure that we train and support you well.
We provide all the resources you need to work safely and efficiently. And we make sure you have plenty of time off work to recharge your batteries; 33 days paid holiday comes as standard with additional unpaid leave for anyone who wants it!
Early starts and long days on site are very common; but so are office pool tournaments and shared home cooked lunches. If you’d like to work with us take a look at the vacancies below. You might like what you see!
We are a team of engineers and scientists working together; would you like to join us? Our work is varied. Your day might be spent taking client calls, designing test methods in accordance with applicable British Standards, or working on site.
Some days are a standard 9am-5pm in the office writing up engineering reports. Others might be spent working away on a building site in London, on a ship yard in France or an oil ship in Vietnam!
What makes a good test engineer? For us, it’s someone with an excellent understanding of engineering principles backed up with a good engineering degree; someone with an ability to solve problems and manage risk; someone with an ability to focus on a task and complete it, efficiently and accurately.
If you’d like to find out more email us your CV. We are particularly interested in engineers who also have specialist training and skills in business development, Quality or SHE management.
We are always looking for talented and dedicated technicians with a natural engineering ability and an eye for detail.
You won’t need any experience in structural testing or monitoring but you will definitely be asked to evidence your engineering skills working with tools, working on site or in the context of your hobbies, be it fixing up cars or helping build your home extension.
You will need to have good qualifications in the subjects you have studied to date. If you meet all these requirements and you are also and honest, happy and hardworking, email us your CV. If we think you might be a good match we will give you a call.
